About Us

We serve the educational needs of lifelong students of medicine through seminars, workshops, satellite meetings, society meetings, labs, live cases, grand rounds series, online learning activities and individual instruction.

The emphasis is on high-quality education and practical, up-to-date content taught by faculty in various disciplines in the Medical School and by guest faculty from around the world.

Accreditation

The University of Minnesota is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

We collaborate with Continuing Nursing Education, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Minnesota Board of Psychology, and other regional and national accreditation groups to provide credit to other health professionals.
