Services we provide:

Prior to the conference:

  • Determine individual equipment needs of each speaker
  • Fine-tune and download speaker PowerPoint files
  • Resolve issues and control specific audiovisual requirements for any situation
  • Communicate with conference venue staff about room size, layout, etc.
  • Enable quick changeover between speakers by creating a PowerPoint agenda matrix with hyperlinked files

Onsite:

  • Set up and operate all required equipment; set audio levels and test projection equipment and lighting; set up any required recording equipment
  • Establish and test Internet connections
  • Meet with moderators to demonstrate operation of presentation equipment

Other Services:

  • Wireless keypad audience response systems enabling audience/speaker interaction
  • PowerPoint slide design and development, video clip editing and inserting
  • Conference Web casting and archiving
  • Video and audio taping of conferences, tape or CD duplication, and order form development for sales and distribution
  • Live broadcasting
  • Online CME activities including design, development, and maintenance
  • Video image magnification to large screen format
