Advanced Heart Failure Shared Care Symposium
Attend the Advanced Heart Failure Shared Care Symposium to meet our team and learn about recent advances in heart failure care. We will cover everything from the basics of heart failure to the latest in the advanced heart failure field.
Attendees will benefit from review of the most updated evidence and guidelines in the heart failure field. They will learn about program building, remote monitoring, palliative care, and medical therapy for heart failure. Timing and the selection process for advanced heart failure therapies will also be highlighted. This symposium will also provide the opportunity to meet local and distant heart failure providers. These partnerships allow for shared knowledge and can enhance patient care through improved communication. View agenda.
